It needs no help from the Missionary-Apostle-Church planter and more. Melvin Hodges wrote this book when no one else was even beginning to think that you could have a church that did not need its missionaries. Many thought he was crazy, but his Missiology has proven to be right. I encourage every missionary and every pastor to read this book. It is about raising up leaders who will take your place and lead the church even after you are long gone.
